                TL;DR: We process your prompts via secure edge servers and third-party AI providers. We do not save your SaaS ideas, code, or inputs in our database. We do not train AI models on your data.
            

1. Privacy Policy

Data Processing

When you use the tools on animiso.fun, your input (prompts, code, ideas) is sent securely to our edge servers and routed to our third-party AI inference providers.

No Input Logging: We do not store the text you enter into the tools in any database.
No Training: Your inputs and generated outputs are not used by us or our partners to train foundational AI models.
Transient Memory: Once the server-sent stream (SSE) finishes returning the generated text to your browser, the data is discarded from our servers.

What we do collect

To prevent abuse, spam, and to enforce daily free-tier limits, we may temporarily log:

Your IP address (hashed or temporary).
Basic usage analytics (e.g., "Tool X was used 500 times today").
Your email address (ONLY if you voluntarily create a Pro account via Google Auth or Razorpay).

Third-Party Affiliates

Some of our tools (like the Domain Ideator) contain affiliate links (e.g., Namecheap, Hostinger). Clicking these links may place a cookie on your browser by the third-party provider to track referrals. We do not control these external cookies.

2. Terms of Service

Acceptable Use

You may use these tools for personal, developmental, or commercial purposes. You may not use these tools to generate illegal content, spam, or attempt to reverse-engineer our backend API routes or bypass rate limits.

AI "Hallucinations" & Liability

The outputs provided by animiso.fun are generated by Artificial Intelligence (LLMs). The AI is prone to making mistakes, generating incorrect code, or offering terrible business advice. You use the output entirely at your own risk.

If our code generator creates a bug that deletes your database, we are not liable.
If our SaaS Roaster tells you to pivot to a bad idea and you go bankrupt, we are not liable.

Always review and verify AI-generated content.

Payments & Refunds (When Applicable)

If you upgrade to a paid Pro tier, payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay/Stripe). We do not store your credit card information.

Refund Policy: Due to the immediate cost of AI compute, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription periods that have already been used. If you are charged by error, contact us within 7 days.
